We are always willing to discuss any commercial issues with clients to establish if we can assist. Very often taxation crops up in these discussions or the seeking of borrowing facilities. Importantly, these are not the only issues that we advise on. We have previously been involved in discussions on expansion projects, acquisitions, asset or business disposals, employment issues and new products.
